Refund Policies

1. Free Cancellation : Full refunds are given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation.
2. Cancellation Deadline : Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the check-in date in order to get a full refund.
3. Partial Refunds : 50% of the booking price will be returned for cancellations made three to six days prior to check-in.
4. Last-minute cancellations are not refundable if they are made fewer than three days prior to check-in.
5. No-Show Policy : If you don’t show up without warning, you won’t get your money back.
6. Early Check-Outs : There will be a one-night penalty and refunds for early check-outs will be calculated using the remaining unused nights.
7. Weather-Related Cancellations : Unless there is a formal evacuation order, there are no refunds for cancellations brought on by bad weather.
8. Special Event Refunds : Reservations could not be refundable during holidays or busy times.
9. Processing Fees : To cover administrative expenses, a processing fee could be subtracted from refunds.
10. Refund Timeframe : After the cancellation confirmation date, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
11. Flexible Rebooking Option : Depending on availability, visitors may be able to reschedule without incurring additional fees in the event of cancellation.
12. Partial Refund for Room Changes : Depending on the difference in room rates, visitors may choose to switch rooms if a reserved room becomes unavailable.
13 .Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 7-8 Days to the original mode of payment.
